Enquiry checklist
Therapy website conversion checklist
This checklist is the enquiry path we compose on the site—service named, fee in text, status in a sentence, short labelled form—not a conversion rate, pass/fail grade, or second audit product. Alder Quay shows the path on a designed example; technical indexing and crawl work stays in the audit inside a website or SEO project at published prices.
Example bespoke sites
Alder Quay is a designed example in Bristol. Its enquiry path is concept layout—not a funnel metric or client conversion proof.

Conversion checklists invent rates. We document the enquiry path in HTML so machines describe service, fee, status and form—not funnel metrics.

Under the surface
Enquiry checklist in data.
This block is on the page because conversion becomes a percentage. The sample Service names service, fee, status and short form.

The enquiry path we check
Can someone see the service, the fee and the status, then send a name and a way to reply? The first screen should name the work; the fee is text; the status is a linked sentence; the form has visible labels and a short note—not a clinical history field.
Forms and privacy boundaries are in therapy website form best practices and therapist website privacy and contact forms. Calls to action are in therapist website call-to-action examples.
| We confirm on the build | Left off |
|---|---|
| Service, fee, status and short form in HTML | A technical crawl scorecard |
| Phone layout keeps the same path | A separate conversion funnel SKU |
| No pass/fail grade on the page | A score out of ten |
| No published conversion percentage | A rate we did not measure |
| Work inside the website or SEO project | A second audit price list |
Narrower than the technical audit
Indexing, sitemaps and fetchability sit in therapy website audit checklist inside a build or SEO for therapists—not a duplicate product fee. Content inventory before launch overlaps website content checklist for therapists.
If the path is clear but pages cannot be fetched, that is technical work—not another enquiry slogan with a conversion promise.
No conversion rate on the marketing site
We do not store enquiry notes in analytics audiences or publish what percentage of visitors wrote in—ICO special category data is why the marketing form stays minimal. Improving the path is in how to improve therapy website enquiries; we do not guarantee a busier inbox.
The free website review is a short look at a public URL when you have one—it is not a graded conversion report.
Checklist work in Managed and care
Composing a clear path is part of therapist website design at £149 setup and £49 a month for 12 months, then £39; Prices include VAT.
Standard Managed is £149 setup and £49 a month for 12 months, then Website Care at £39. Growth Managed is £249 and £69 a month, then £49, when each real service needs its own page. A missing fee on a site we built is a management edit in Website Care—not a “conversion optimisation” surcharge. We do not sell CRO retainers, heatmap packages, or promise enquiry-rate lifts because the checklist was ticked on paper.

- No. We do not invent or display one.
- What if the fee is missing today?
- We put it in text on the build—or a care edit on a site we already host.
