Website Care, if you buy outright
Ongoing technical management for a website we have built: hosting, maintenance, monitoring and small changes. It is not a service for Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, or a site from another agency. Monthly, until you cancel.

Growth is a deeper customer-acquisition website, not simply a longer one. It is the same offer whether you choose Managed or buy it outright.

Your domain stays yours.
The domain is in your name whether you choose Managed or buy outright. If you buy outright, the custom site is yours when the last payment is made. On Managed, we build the site and keep looking after it. Shared studio pieces stay ours, with a licence so the site can keep running.

Later, if the practice grows
Extra service or location pages, a search campaign, Google Business Profile work, or another practitioner can be added later. They are not part of checkout, and they are not included in the monthly fee.

- What is a managed website?
- We build the website, host it, maintain it and keep looking after the technical side. Managed starts at £149 setup and £49 a month. Growth Managed is £249 setup and £69 a month.
- What does the monthly fee include?
- Hosting, the security certificate, maintenance, technical fixes, uptime checks, and the search foundations staying healthy. Managed Essential includes small website updates: fees, opening hours, contact details, supplied images and minor wording changes. Growth Managed adds enhanced website updates and support, including routine content changes and greater ongoing support across the wider site. New pages, substantial new sections, redesigns, new functionality, integrations and significant content work are quoted separately. Unused update capacity does not accumulate.
- Is there a minimum term?
- Yes. The initial managed term is 12 months at the higher monthly fee. It is on the pricing page, at checkout and in the terms. After that, the fee reduces to Website Care and continues monthly until you cancel.
- What happens after 12 months?
- The website has not been paid off. Standard Managed reduces automatically from £49 to £39 a month. Growth Managed reduces from £69 to £49 a month. That lower fee is Website Care: hosting, maintenance and support. You can cancel from that point, and it ends at the close of the month already paid.
- Can I add Website Care if I buy outright?
- Yes, for a website we have built. Website Care is £39 a month. Growth Website Care is £49 a month. It is not a maintenance service for Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, or a site from another agency.
- Can I buy the website outright?
- Yes. The standard website is £650 and the growth website is £995. That is a purchase of the website, without the managed relationship.
- Can I pay for the outright website in instalments?
- Yes. Three payments: £218, then £216, then £216 for the standard website, or £333, then £331, then £331 for growth. The first is at checkout, the second when you review the site, and the third before launch. This is not a loan.
- Who owns my domain?
- You do. The domain stays in your name on Managed and on an outright purchase.
- Can I move my website later?
- Yes. During the initial 12 months, amounts already paid are set against the outright price, and any difference is payable before we transfer the site. After that term, or once what you have paid reaches the outright price, that difference is not required. The terms set this out.
- Does Managed include SEO?
- The website is built with technical SEO, local-search and AI-search foundations, and Managed keeps those foundations healthy. It does not include an ongoing SEO campaign, new articles or a backlink programme.
- What happens if I cancel?
- During the first 12 months, cancellation takes effect at the end of that term, and the monthly fee continues until then. After the term, cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid. Your domain stays yours. See the terms for transfer of the site.
- What happens if a payment fails?
- We email you, and the card is retried. The website is not deleted because one payment failed. If it stays unpaid after those retries, management can be paused until the invoice is paid. You can update the card from the billing page.
- Do these prices include VAT?
- Yes. The setup fees, monthly fees and outright prices on this page include VAT.
