Therapist Website Studio

Website ownership

We build the therapist website you can own, with the domain in your name and facts marked up for search and AI answers.

Therapist Website Studio registers the domain in your name, composes a bespoke site with fees and services in HTML and structured data, then either looks after it on Managed or hands you the custom build when outright purchase is complete.

Example bespoke sites

Meridian Room is a designed example of a psychotherapy practice site: separate routes, fees in text, and a short enquiry. It illustrates the layout, not a transfer we have published.

Time enough to say what the trouble actually is

Individual psychotherapy, usually weekly. £85 for 50 minutes. Thursdays in Leeds, and online on the other days.

To see whether this work fits

These meetings are not an assessment, and you are not asked to send a history. A loss, a relationship, or work are ordinary places to begin.

Thursdays in the Leeds room. Other days online across the UK. Your name, your email, and which you prefer.

Ownership facts stay quotable.

Answer engines simplify ownership into one sentence. We separate domain, custom site on outright, and Managed as a service in HTML and structured data.

Under the surface

Domain and site, in data.

This block is on the page because domain and site ownership are easy to misquote. The sample ties the public URL to the practice name in structured data.

The website we deliver

The domain stays yours

Whether you choose Managed or outright, the domain is registered in your name from the start. You can point it at the site we build, move DNS when you need to, and keep the address if you later change how the site is hosted.

Managed is a service: we build, host and update the site while the plan continues. Outright is purchase of the custom site when the last payment is made. Those are different commercial paths; both keep the domain with you.

Bespoke site, licensed studio pieces

The words, fees, photography you supply and page structure are yours to approve. Shared studio components that keep the site running stay licensed, as set out on the pricing page and in the terms.

Content you provide remains yours. Professional wording is yours to hold accurate. We build the public website; clinical records and practice systems stay outside this project.

Managed care and outright purchase

On Managed we host the site and keep the HTML and JSON-LD aligned when your fees or services change. See managed websites for how that service works day to day.

On outright the custom site is yours when the last payment is made. Instalments are stages of the same price. Optional Website Care can host and maintain a site we built. Outright websites explains the build.

Ownership and the technical layer

Owning the site does not change what search and answer engines need. We still publish each service on its own URL, write fees in text, and mark them up in structured data so Google, ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity retrieve the same facts a visitor reads.

Cancellation and transfer are governed by the terms. This page describes the commercial shape; the terms and pricing page hold the detail.

Questions

Do I own the domain on Managed?
Yes. It stays in your name for the life of the plan and after cancellation.
When do I own the custom site outright?
When the last outright payment is made. Until then the instalments are part of that purchase price.
Can I move the site later?
The terms cover cancellation and transfer. We build on your domain so you are not locked to a studio-owned address.
