Therapist Website Studio

Managed websites

We build the managed therapist website, structured for search and AI answers, and kept in step after launch.

Therapist Website Studio designs a bespoke practice site, writes the fee and the services in HTML, marks the same facts in structured data, then hosts it and updates the layer when your practice changes. Google, ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity read what a person reads.

Example bespoke sites

Morrow Lane is a designed example: separate service routes, fees in text, and a short enquiry. It shows the layout we compose for a solo practice.

A chance to see if this is the right counselling.

We talk about what you want from the work and how often we would meet. You do not need to send a history beforehand. Please give 48 hours if you need to cancel. What you say in the session stays there, except where the law requires otherwise.

SEO, AI AEO and language models

Managed means the AI layer stays aligned.

We build managed sites so Google, ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity retrieve the fee and the service from crawlable HTML and matching structured data. When you change a price, we update both.

  • Google

Search · AI Overviews · Gemini

Google fetches separate service URLs linked from the homepage, with fees in text.

    • Googlebot
    • Google-Extended
  • OpenAI

    ChatGPT

ChatGPT search can cite the session fee once OAI-SearchBot fetches the page we keep updated.

Perplexity can follow the enquiry link on the same page that names the offer.

Under the surface

The managed offer, in structured data.

This block is on the page because the fee, the service name and the provider belong in structured data that mirrors the sentences above the enquiry. That pairing is what we maintain on a managed site.

The website we deliver

The practice facts we publish, in the page and in the data

We give each real offer its own URL where it needs one, with the fee beside it in ordinary HTML. Structured data repeats that fee, your professional status and the room or online reach, so search crawlers and answer engines retrieve the same sentence someone reads on screen.

Google’s starter guide is the scale we build to: clear pages, descriptive links and fetchable text. The guide is about structure, not a promise of position. On a managed site we keep that structure current when you change a fee or add a service.

Bespoke layout, composed in the studio system

Type, colour, spacing and photography are chosen with you across two included design rounds. The site is not a theme with your logo dropped in: navy, teal and mint from the design guide, rounded cards, and browser frames for the services you want to highlight.

Wix, Squarespace, WordPress and Webflow can all hold a clear therapy site. Managed is for a practitioner who wants the page map, the JSON-LD and the copy written for search and AI answers, with the studio looking after hosting and ordinary edits while the practice evolves.

The managed term: build, host, then Website Care

For the first 12 months we build the site, host it, and make the edits that stay inside the plan. After that the monthly fee reduces to Website Care. The domain stays in your name from the start. The monthly fee is management: the site is not paid off when the fee drops.

Standard Managed is £149 setup and £49 a month for 12 months, then Website Care at £39. Growth Managed is £249 and £69 a month, then £49, when each real service needs its own page. Prices include VAT. Outright purchase is £650 or £995 if you would rather buy the site itself. The numbers sit on the pricing page in full.

When the practice needs more than one door

Couples work, online sessions, supervision and in-person work each deserve their own page when they are real offers with different fees. Growth Managed is the fit for that map. The same AI-search discipline applies: each page carries its own facts in HTML and in structured data, as on the online therapy service page.

Questions

What changes on the site after launch?
Fees, services, status wording and location lines that you approve. We update the HTML and structured data together so answer engines are not left quoting an old session price.
Who owns the domain?
You do. It is registered in your name. Managed includes hosting and care for the site we built.
How is Managed different from buying outright?
Managed is the usual way in: setup, a 12-month term at the managed monthly fee, then Website Care. Outright is paying for the custom site in full or across three payments, with optional Website Care afterwards.
