Therapist Website Studio

Therapy centre website design

We build the therapy centre website with named practitioners, clinic intake and the fee on the service that person delivers.

A couples therapist at your centre should be findable as that person—not lost inside “our team.” Therapist Website Studio structures multi-practitioner and clinic sites: organisation, practitioner profiles with exact credentials, services and fees in text, and intake routes that match how your centre actually books—quoted as one centre project after we know how many people, rooms and services need their own pages.

A chance to see if this is the right counselling.

We talk about what you want from the work and how often we would meet. You do not need to send a history beforehand. Please give 48 hours if you need to cancel. What you say in the session stays there, except where the law requires otherwise.

Each practitioner is their own page. The frames show how a single practice is structured.

What we build

Name the practitioner, not only the centre.

We structure therapy centres so each practitioner, service and fee is retrievable in HTML and JSON-LD, with clinic intake on the public site—quoted after scoping, not at the solo tariff.

  1. 1Scope practitioner profiles, rooms and shared intake routes
  2. 2Publish each profile with credentials and register links
  3. 3Link services and fees to the practitioner who delivers them
  4. 4Describe rooms only when access or days change the offer
  5. 5Keep booking in the centre’s existing system
  6. 6Mark Organization and Person entities in structured data

Designed example: how solo practice pages stack into a centre map. Not a client clinic.

Organisation, practitioner and service kept apart

The centre is the organisation a local search can name. Each practitioner gets a profile with their own wording, register link and services they actually offer—with fees in HTML, not buried in a team grid. Rooms earn their own description only when access, days or work genuinely differ.

Structured data links the organisation to Person profiles and the Service each practitioner delivers, so Google, ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity can cite a named therapist instead of a blurred team page.

Clinic intake without inventing a tariff

Booking stays in the system you already use. The website is the public layer—people, services, rooms and how to enquire or start intake. We scope the build once we know how many practitioner profiles, shared services and location pages you need.

Published solo figures on the pricing page (£149 Managed setup, £650 outright practice site) are the reference for one practitioner—not a hidden per-seat clinic price. A centre is quoted in one figure after the discovery call. The domain stays in your name.

Questions

Is the solo price on the pricing page the centre price?
No. Solo Managed and outright prices are for one practitioner. A centre is quoted once we know how many practitioners, rooms and services need their own pages.
Can each practitioner update their profile?
Yes. Handover includes a practical way to edit profile text. Clinical systems and booking stay in the tools you already use.
Can locum or associate counsellors appear?
When they are part of the centre and approve the wording, each person gets a profile with credentials spelled exactly as they hold them.

Centre and practitioner in structured data.

This block is on the page because centres need linked entities. The sample ties one practitioner to one service Offer.
