Play therapist websites
We build the play therapist website for the parent who enquires, with membership, setting and fee on the page they open.
Play therapy sites are read by parents and carers first. Therapist Website Studio plans around that adult: who you see, where sessions happen, what they cost, and the BAPT, PTUK, BACP or other membership you hold—linked in plain text and structured data—without borrowing HCPC titles such as art therapist or dramatherapist. This page is play therapy; the child therapist page covers broader child-facing practice routes.
Example bespoke sites
Linden Walk is a designed example in Edinburgh with separate service pages for adult-facing work. It is not a play therapy clinic.

Edinburgh · online across the UK
Counselling and psychotherapy, named apart.
Choose the work that fits. Each has its own page, its own fee, and the same short way to write.

Counselling
A weekly place to start
£70
50 minutes · Edinburgh room or online
A weekly session for something you want to work on now. For adults, in Edinburgh or online.
Psychotherapy
Longer work, with its own page
£85
50 minutes · the pattern underneath
For a pattern that keeps returning, when a single conversation is not enough. Its own page, and its own fee.

Which are you asking about?
The form asks for counselling or psychotherapy, so the reply matches the work. It does not ask you to explain a history.

Parents search practically; answer engines quote the status line in HTML. We publish membership, fee and setting so Google, ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity do not upgrade play therapist to an HCPC title you do not hold.

Under the surface
Play therapy status in structured data.
This block is on the page because play therapist is not an HCPC title by itself. The sample Service repeats the membership you linked in HTML.

Parent-facing copy and accurate status
Play therapist describes the work when that wording is accurate; it is not, by itself, an HCPC protected title. We link BAPT, PTUK or BACP when that is the body you belong to, and keep art therapist or dramatherapist off the page unless you hold those registrations on their own routes.
Setting, session length and fee are written out in HTML—not only in a playroom photo caption—with Service and Offer structured data so Google, ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity quote the status line you approve.

Play therapy distinct from the child therapist page
The child therapist website route is for practitioners who want a child-facing practice map—several ages, modalities or co-parent enquiries. Play therapy here is the dedicated offer when play therapy is the service you market, with copy aimed at the adult who books.
BACP’s Ethical Framework treats capacity and consent as clinical practice. The site can say who should complete the enquiry form; it does not decide consent for a child. We recheck public wording after 3 November 2026 when the 2026 framework becomes mandatory.
Bespoke design at published UK prices
Standard Managed is £149 setup and £49 a month for 12 months, then Website Care at £39. Growth Managed fits when play therapy sits beside other child or family services on separate pages. Prices include VAT. Outright is £650 or £995. The domain stays in your name. The monthly covers hosting and edits when the play therapy fee or membership line changes.
A play therapy centre with several practitioners is quoted on the therapy centre page.
The enquiry route parents actually use
The default form is for the adult enquiring—name, email, whether they are a parent, carer or referrer, and a short note. ICO guidance on special category data keeps symptoms and diagnoses off the marketing form unless you approve a different flow and we document it on the page.

- Can the site use the words play therapist?
- Yes when that describes your work, with the membership or register you hold linked beside the line. HCPC protected titles appear only when your registration supports them on their own URLs.
- Is this the same page as website design for child therapists?
- No. Child therapist is the broader child-practice map. This URL is for play therapy as the marketed service, written for the parent or carer who enquires.
- Should the child complete the contact form?
- Only when that is how your practice works and the page states it clearly. The build we ship by default targets the adult making first contact.
