Child therapist websites
Parents enquire before children do—we build child-work websites for that reader, your exact title, and a form that stays short.
The person searching is usually a parent, carer or referrer—not the young person in therapy. Therapist Website Studio plans parent-facing routes with who you see, the protected title or register status you actually hold, setting and fee in text, and a marketing enquiry that does not collect a child’s clinical history.
Example bespoke sites
Linden Walk is a designed example in Edinburgh with counselling and psychotherapy as separate adult-facing pages. We use it to show layout and register lines—not as a child clinic or paediatric case study.

Edinburgh · online across the UK
Counselling and psychotherapy, named apart.
Choose the work that fits. Each has its own page, its own fee, and the same short way to write.

Counselling
A weekly place to start
£70
50 minutes · Edinburgh room or online
A weekly session for something you want to work on now. For adults, in Edinburgh or online.
Psychotherapy
Longer work, with its own page
£85
50 minutes · the pattern underneath
For a pattern that keeps returning, when a single conversation is not enough. Its own page, and its own fee.

Which are you asking about?
The form asks for counselling or psychotherapy, so the reply matches the work. It does not ask you to explain a history.
Name, email, which route, and Edinburgh or online.

Register lines machines can repeat.
Child-work sites fail when titles are upgraded or forms collect health data. We publish register-backed status and a short enquiry so Google, ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity quote what parents can read.

Built for the adult who is searching
Copy speaks to a parent, carer or referrer; a young person’s route appears only when that matches how you practise. BACP’s framework treats capacity and consent as clinical practice—we can say who should enquire, not decide consent. Recheck framework wording after 3 November 2026.
We do not write consent forms, treatment plans or clinical records. Those stay in your professional systems.
Exact titles beside the register
“Child therapist” is language people search; it is not, alone, an HCPC protected title. HCPC protects art therapist, dramatherapist, clinical psychologist, educational psychologist and others—we publish only what your registration supports and link the register.
Counsellors and psychotherapists carry the status their body gives: UKCP for psychotherapists; BACP membership, registration and accreditation kept distinct on the BACP Register when you have an entry.
| If true | On the page | We link |
|---|---|---|
| UKCP registrant | Exact UKCP status | UKCP public register |
| BACP member, registrant or accredited | Those words, distinct | BACP Register entry |
| HCPC protected title | Title as registered | HCPC register |
| Title not held | We omit it | Nothing |
Parent enquiry without a symptom diary
A parent’s description of a child’s difficulties can be health data under ICO special category rules. The public form we build collects contact details and routing facts—not symptoms, diagnosis, reports or NHS numbers.
| Field | On the public form? |
|---|---|
| Parent or carer name and email | Yes |
| Parent, carer or referrer | Yes—for routing |
| Child age band | Only if you need it to know fit |
| Symptoms, diagnosis, school reports | No |
Setting, payer and fee in HTML
Room, online or school contract—and who pays—is written in text with structured data that repeats the fee you charge. We do not publish advice on how to help a child; the site describes the practical offer parents need to decide whether to write.
Studio prices for a parent-facing solo site
Standard Managed is £149 setup and £49 a month for 12 months, then Website Care at £39. Growth Managed—£249 and £69, then £49—when parent sessions, child sessions and a referral route are genuinely different pages. Prices include VAT. Outright is £650 or £995. The domain stays in your name. Standard Managed covers launch and parent-route copy updates; Growth is for multiple real doors, not duplicate paragraphs. Several practitioners share intake on the therapy centre quote.
We usually deliver within usually within 7–14 days with 2 design rounds.

- Can the site call me a child therapist?
- We describe child-facing work when accurate and use protected titles exactly. We do not substitute “child therapist” for an HCPC title you do not hold.
- Should young people enquire on the site?
- Only when that is how your practice works and the page says so. Consent and capacity remain your professional judgement.
- Do you provide safeguarding guidance on the site?
- No. Safeguarding duties sit outside this marketing build; the contact path avoids collecting clinical history.
