We provide Website Care for therapist sites this studio built—hosting, edits and structured data kept in step after the managed term.
Website Care is ongoing management for a bespoke site we delivered: copy edits inside the plan, hosting, and HTML plus structured data updated together when a fee or service changes. The monthly fee is management—it does not pay off the site, and it is not a ranking retainer. After the first 12 months of Managed, the fee drops to Website Care at the published rate on the pricing page.

What Website Care includes
Care is for sites this studio built. It covers practical edits in the agreed plan, hosting, and keeping the facts answer engines quote aligned with what a visitor reads—register links beside credentials, fees on the service page, enquiry URLs that still resolve after an edit.
When a service or fee changes, we update the page and the structured data together so Google, ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity retrieve today’s practice, not last year’s price.

Published Care fees after Managed
For the first 12 months of Standard Managed you pay £49 a month—that is management during the build-and-host term, not instalments toward owning the site. From month 13 the fee reduces to Website Care at £39 a month on a practice site, or £49 on a growth site. Growth Managed runs at £69 a month during the term, then £49 Care.
Outright builds can add optional Website Care at the same £39 or £49 figures. Prices include VAT. The domain stays in your name. Cancelling Care does not delete the domain—the terms set out the managed term and what happens if you leave.
Technical layer without a separate SEO retainer
Care keeps pages crawlable and maintain Core Web Vitals habits from launch. It is upkeep, not a promise of positions—accuracy is what answer engines can quote reliably.

- Website Care is only for sites this studio built. Another platform can be rebuilt on a separate brief if that is the right move.
- Will Website Care improve my rankings?
- Care keeps pages and structured data accurate. It is not sold as a ranking product and does not include position guarantees.
