Therapist Website Studio

Accessible websites

We build the therapist website so the enquiry can be used, with HTML and structured data for search and AI answers.

Therapist Website Studio treats accessibility as part of the bespoke build: readable type, contrast that holds up, real headings, and an enquiry form that works from a keyboard. Fees and services stay in text, marked up in structured data, so crawlers and answer engines read the same facts a visitor can.

Example bespoke sites

Meridian Room is a designed example of a quiet individual-practice layout. It illustrates type and structure; it is not an accessibility audit with a published score.

Time enough to say what the trouble actually is

Individual psychotherapy, usually weekly. £85 for 50 minutes. Thursdays in Leeds, and online on the other days.

To see whether this work fits

These meetings are not an assessment, and you are not asked to send a history. A loss, a relationship, or work are ordinary places to begin.

Thursdays in the Leeds room. Other days online across the UK. Your name, your email, and which you prefer.

Text beats overlays for answers.

Answer engines cannot quote a fee trapped in a banner image. We pair crawlable HTML and structured data so Google, ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity retrieve the same facts a screen reader hears.

Under the surface

Fees and forms in structured data.

This block is on the page because accessibility and discovery share one HTML layer. The sample shows a Service with an Offer a person can already read on screen.

The website we deliver

Accessibility built into the pages we publish

We use WCAG 2.2 as the reference for the site we compose: text can be resized, contrast is not pale grey on white, tap targets are large enough on a phone, and the enquiry can be completed without a mouse. Headings are semantic. The fee is HTML, not a picture of a fee.

Accessibility is built into the HTML we compose—semantic structure, visible labels and contrast in the design system—not a bolt-on overlay or a score we have not measured on your URLs.

Accessible facts on the page, and how we mark them up.

The enquiry and the mobile page

The form asks for a name, an email and a short note. Labels stay visible. Errors are described in text. The fields stay administrative, not clinical.

The longer read sits in therapy website accessibility. This URL is the service: we implement that standard on the bespoke site we build, and Managed or Website Care is how a later edit keeps the form and the structured data aligned.

If the page is hard to use, it is hard to quote

When the service and the fee are locked in an image, Google’s image guidance and a screen reader are both stuck. We put the facts in HTML and structured data so Google, ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity can use the same words a person reads.

Wix, Squarespace, WordPress and Webflow can host an accessible therapy site. Our work is the bespoke layout, the page map, and the pairing of copy with JSON-LD on every service route.

Priced as the website build

Accessibility is included in the bespoke site, not a separate widget subscription or audit certificate. Standard Managed is £149 setup and £49 a month for 12 months, then Website Care at £39. Growth Managed is £249 and £69 a month, then £49, when each real service needs its own page. Prices include VAT. Outright is £650 or £995. The pricing page holds the figures. The domain stays in your name. The monthly fee on Managed is management, not paying the site off.

If you already have a public site, the free website review can look at the enquiry. A rebuild is how we replace the stack with the structure described here.

Questions

Do you add an accessibility widget?
No. We structure the page with text, contrast and a form that works. A widget is not a substitute for that work.
Is this a separate audit product?
On a new build it is part of the website—semantic HTML, labels and contrast—not a separate scored certificate product.
Will the site work on a phone?
Yes. Navigation, the fee and the enquiry are composed for a narrow screen, with targets that can be tapped.
