Ianson Systems Ltd, trading as Therapist Website Studio. Effective 5 October 2026. Version 2026-10-05-3. These pages are the contract documents for website services bought for a practice or other business. They are not a consumer retail offer.
Our own data
Ianson Systems Ltd, trading as Therapist Website Studio, is the controller for enquiries you send to us, for client records of our own contracts, and for payments. Contact hello@therapistwebsitestudio.co.uk. A postal address is on invoices, not on this page.
If you write to us we store your name, email, phone if you give one, practice name, a public website address if you give one, what you write, and a referral code if the link had one, plus the time and a technical identifier used to limit repeat submissions. Do not send clinical records. Records are kept so we can reply and, if you become a client, for the project and a reasonable period after. You can ask for a copy or deletion where the law allows. We may keep a minimal record for a dispute or a legal duty. Optional marketing is sent only if you ask, and you can withdraw it by email.
Stripe processes card payments. We do not store full card numbers.
Your website
If we host your site, you are normally the controller of messages people send you. Our role is the processing in section 11 of the terms. Those messages are not our marketing list.
Providers
At the date of this version, our own operations use:
- Vercel — Hosting and deployment of this website and of client websites we host
- Supabase — Database for enquiry records on this website, when a database is configured
- Resend — Transactional email for enquiries and notices
- Stripe — Card payments, subscriptions and the billing portal
- Google — Studio email inbox for hello@therapistwebsitestudio.co.uk
We may change providers. Some process data outside the UK under the transfer tools their services use. We do not promise that they will be available or free from incident.
Development tools
We may use AI-assisted development tools. They may process source code, instructions and technical context through the tool vendor and inference providers that vendor uses. We do not claim a particular retention period. At this version the environment is:
- Cursor (Anysphere) — AI-assisted code editing and related inference used to build and maintain websites. Downstream inference providers are engaged by Cursor under its own terms. We do not contract with each model provider separately, and we do not name models in the customer terms.
We do not intend ordinary development work to include passwords, card numbers, clinical records or private enquiries from a client site.
