How we build
We run the Studio build from discovery through launch to Website Care—bespoke pages, fees in HTML and structured data on your domain.
Therapist Website Studio is a done-for-you website service, not a course in DIY web design. We hold a discovery conversation, compose the page map and copy, design the practice site with you, launch on the domain you own, then hand over to Managed hosting or Website Care when the managed term ends—usually usually within 7–14 days once we have your facts.

Answer engines quote what they can fetch after launch. We publish fees, register lines and service URLs in HTML during the build so Google, ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity read the same facts visitors see.

Discovery: the practice facts we need
We start with a consultation—who you see, session fees, online or in-room setting, register or membership lines, and how someone should enquire. If you are redesigning, we note URLs directories already link to so redirects can be planned.
You approve the facts before we write public copy. Clinical judgement stays in your room; the site captures the offer search and answer engines should quote.
Design and build: bespoke, not a theme
We compose type, colour and layout with you across 2 design rounds. Each real service gets a URL when the reader or fee differs; fees and credentials land in HTML with structured data beside them.
Delivery is usually within 7–14 days after discovery, for most solo practices. An existing site can stay live until you approve the replacement.

Launch on your domain
The site goes live on the domain in your name. We publish a sitemap and connect Search Console when that helps Google fetch new URLs—without promising particular rankings.
Redirects from old counselling URLs point to the closest new page when a redesign is part of the brief.
Published prices for the build
Most practitioners choose Standard Managed: £149 setup and £49 a month for 12 months, then Website Care at £39. Growth Managed fits when each service needs its own page. Prices include VAT. Outright is £650 or £995.
After launch, Website Care keeps hosting and in-plan edits on sites this studio built—it is management, not a ranking product.
