When your therapy site became one long scroll, we rebuild it so every service, fee and enquiry has its own URL.
Directories, old blog posts and answer engines still point at addresses on your domain. Structure before decoration
We pull apart sites where counselling, supervision and online work share one paragraph. Each offer you actually run gets its own URL, fee sentence and enquiry step in HTML. Google’s starter guide is the scale: logical URLs and readable text—not tricks that promise rankings.
A fresh palette on the same page map does not fix retrieval. The rebuild is the information architecture, copy and structured data we hand to crawlers.
Mature psychotherapy sites
We separate practitioner, service and place, and link UKCP or other registers for the status you hold—without calling every therapist a UKCP psychotherapist.

URL map and permanent redirects
We follow Google’s site-move guidance: map old URLs to the closest new page with permanent redirects. Rankings can fluctuate while the site is recrawled—we map useful addresses but do not promise positions hold.

When to rebuild versus tune
Wix, Squarespace, WordPress and Webflow can host a clear therapy site. We recommend a rebuild when the page map no longer matches the practice. If the current site is already clear, the free website review says what to improve and stops. Group practices are quoted on the therapy centre page.
Published prices for a solo rebuild
Standard Managed is £149 setup and £49 a month for 12 months, then Website Care at £39. Growth Managed—£249 and £69, then £49—when each service needs its own URL after the rebuild. Prices include VAT. Outright is £650 or £995. The domain stays in your name. Managed on a redesign covers hosting, URL-map edits and fee updates after cutover—not a promise that rankings stay still.

- Is this the same offer as a counsellor redesign?
- Same solo build and price. The counsellor route focuses on domain, mail and cutover; this page is the structural rebuild for any established therapy practice.
- Will my rankings stay the same?
- Google warns rankings can move while a changed site is recrawled. We redirect mapped URLs; we do not guarantee positions.
- Do I need a new domain?
- Usually no—the domain stays in your name. A new domain is a separate decision with its own map.
