Therapist Website Studio

Payment plans

We take payment for the therapist website in the ways on the pricing page.

There are two real patterns. Managed is a setup fee and a monthly management fee. Outright is the site price, in full or across three payments. The three payments are not a loan.

Meridian Room is a designed example of a practice website. It is a designed example, not a receipt.

These meetings are not an assessment, and you are not asked to send a history. A loss, a relationship, or work are ordinary places to begin.

We focus on crawlable HTML and structured data for the therapist website payment plan. Google, ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity are where that service shows up. The design is the easy part.

Google can retrieve the therapist website payment plan because the practice fee and the studio fee are not written as if they were the same number.

Under the surface

The two payments, marked plainly.

This block is on the page because payment language is easy to misquote, and the structured distinction between Managed and outright is what we focus on. That is the layer we focus on and care about, and the sample matches the therapist website payment plan a person can read.

The website we deliver

The therapist website payment plan we deliver

The three outright payments are the practice price or the growth price in stages. Any remainder sits on the first payment. They are not the Managed plan, and they do not become Website Care when they finish. Managed is the other pattern: setup, twelve months at the monthly fee, then the lower care fee until you cancel. Prices include VAT.

The usual way in for therapist website payment plan is Standard Managed: £149 setup and £49 a month for 12 months, then Website Care at £39. Growth Managed is £249 and £69 a month when each real service needs its own page, then £49. Prices include VAT. Outright is £650 or £995. The domain stays in your name. The monthly fee is management, and the site is not paid off when the fee drops.

Which payment is which

Choosing three payments does not mean you are on Managed, and staying on Managed does not mean you are buying the site in instalments. The pricing page is the list. We do not add a fourth plan in a call.

The domain stays in your name on both paths. On outright, the custom site is yours when the last payment is made. On Managed, we keep looking after the site, and shared studio pieces stay ours with a licence so the site can run.

What stays with you

We do not offer credit. If a payment method is not on the pricing page, it is not a plan we sell. You approve the public words. We do not write treatment, consent forms or clinical records, and we do not promise a ranking, an enquiry total, or a mention in an AI answer.

Questions

Are the three payments a finance agreement?
No. They are the outright price split into three stages. They are not a loan and not Managed.
Does the monthly fee stop when the site is paid off?
The monthly fee is not paying the site off. It drops to Website Care, which is still management, until you cancel.
Can I mix the two?
No. You choose Managed or outright. We will not describe one as a discount on the other.
