Fees page
Therapy website fees page—your session fee in HTML, not a UK average
The fees page publishes the figure you set: session length, in-person or online where prices differ, and concessions only when you actually offer them. Therapist Website Studio does not survey UK therapy rates, invent crossed-out prices, or lock fees inside images answer engines cannot read.
Example bespoke sites
Alder Quay is a designed example in Bristol. Any fee shown on the concept is fictional—not a recommended rate or market research.

Couples therapy · Bristol or online
For the pattern between you
Two adults. You can come together, or one of you can write first. 60 minutes · £90.

- 1
Who is in the room
Couples therapy is for two of you. Relationship therapy is for one person, when the other is not coming.
- 2
The fee is on the page
£90 for 60 minutes, in Bristol or online, before you decide to write.
- 3
A short note
Names, an email, and in person or online. You do not need to tell the story in the form.

Relationship therapy · one person
When you want to look at it alone
£90
60 minutes. For one person who wants to understand a relationship, when the other person is not in the room. Same fee as couples therapy.
Bristol or online. Cancellation sits on the same page as the fee.
Names, an email, and where you would like to meet. Leave the story of the relationship out of the form.

Under the surface
Fees in structured data.
This block is on the page because fees attract invented benchmarks. The sample Service names your fee, length and format.

What we put on the fees page
BACP’s framework expects costs to be clear before work starts—we publish your approved amount, what it covers in time, and whether the session is in a room, online, or both when the price differs. See blogging and website basics.
A standalone fees URL or a clear fees section on the service page both work; the rule is text in HTML, not price on request and not a graphic-only number.
| We publish | We leave off |
|---|---|
| The fee you chose, in text | A UK average we researched for you |
| Session length beside the amount | A number with no time context |
| Separate lines when room and online differ | One blended figure that hides format |
| Concessions with your stated condition | A student rate we invented for tone |
| Updates in HTML when the fee changes | A stale price trapped in an image |
We do not set your fee
What to charge is your decision. Our work is to show the figure on the site—aligned with how much to charge for therapy UK (showing the fee, not advising the rate).
Studio website prices on the pricing page stay labelled separately so your session fee is never merged with the cost of the build in citations.
Fees on service pages and dedicated fees URLs
Individual, couples and online offers get their own fee line when amounts differ—see how to write a counselling service page and structuring therapy services and specialisms.
Structured data repeats the same sentence
Google, ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity quote fees they can fetch. We pair visible copy with structured data so the price description matches the paragraph—not a number JSON-LD invents.
Keeping the fee current
On Managed and Website Care, ordinary fee edits sit inside the published change window—they are not a full rebuild.
Directories that still show an old figure are outside the site we control; we update your HTML and schema on the domain you own.
Fees page at published prices
Standard Managed is £149 setup and £49 a month for 12 months, then Website Care at £39. Growth Managed is £249 and £69 a month, then £49, when each real service needs its own page. Prices include VAT. Outright is £650 or £995. A fees page or fee block is included in the website build—not a separate pricing consultancy and not a rate generator.

- Will you tell me what other therapists charge?
- No. You set the fee; we publish it in text.
- What if I am not ready to publish a number?
- We do not invent a placeholder average. Launch can wait until you approve a public figure.
- Who updates the page when my fee changes?
- On sites we manage, fee edits are ordinary content changes within Website Care or Managed terms.
