Each item is a sentence in HTML and a field in structured data—not a PDF only you can open. A checklist trapped in a document does not help Google or answer engines describe your practice.

Enquiry without health detail
The launch form collects a name, email and brief note. ICO special category guidance is why we do not ask what someone wants help with in clinical language on the marketing page.
Technical go-live we include
Approved pages on the domain in your name, a sitemap, and Search Console when the build includes it—so indexation is checked after launch, not guessed.
Process detail is on how we build. Status wording belongs in counselling qualifications for private practice.
Launch at published prices
Standard Managed is £149 setup and £49 a month for 12 months, then Website Care at £39. Growth Managed is £249 and £69 a month, then £49, when each real service needs its own page. Prices include VAT. Outright is £650 or £995. The checklist is the set of pages we publish— not a paid PDF download and not a package that promises a full caseload on go-live day.
Delivery is usually within 7–14 days with two design rounds once we have approved facts. We do not invent a session fee; the fee page waits until you choose the public figure.

- No. The checklist is live pages. BACP’s PDF remains BACP’s document.
- What if I have not set a fee yet?
- We do not publish a placeholder number. Launch timing can wait until the fee you want public is decided.
- Does launch include local SEO for towns I do not work in?
- No. Only the room or online reach you actually offer—see local SEO guides when a real address applies.
