Redesign timeline

Therapist website redesign timeline

We plan a redesign from the facts and old URLs—not a mood board—then two included design rounds, usual delivery within 7–14 days once feedback is timely, and launch only when redirects and the form are ready. Meridian Room shows layout on a designed example; we do not promise a calendar date, a ranking on launch day, or a hidden “SEO month two”.

Example bespoke sites

Meridian Room is a designed example in Leeds. It is not a timed client project or proof of a fixed launch date.

To see whether this work fits

These meetings are not an assessment, and you are not asked to send a history. A loss, a relationship, or work are ordinary places to begin.

Thursdays in the Leeds room. Other days online across the UK. Your name, your email, and which you prefer.

Timeline pages invent calendar SEO. We publish facts, rounds and the usual 7–14 day window in HTML—not a ranking on launch day.

The website we deliver

Facts before visual rounds

Discovery is who you see, the fee, online or room reach, the status you hold, and the paths directories already link to—not stock photography first. You approve the public words; we do not paste a clinical method essay to fill space.

Whether the site needs a rebuild or smaller care edits is therapist website redesign vs repair; timing signals sit in when to redesign a counselling website.

What the published timeline includes versus phases we do not sell.

What the days are for

Round one maps services, fee and enquiry on the studio layout. Round two responds to your notes on those pages—not a new clinical offer smuggled in as “one more tweak”. If the offer itself changes mid-project, the affected page is rewritten and the date can move.

Step-by-step delivery is on how we build. A free website review on a public URL is aimed at within three working days—that look is not the build.

Launch without taking the old site down early

The previous site stays online until the new HTML is ready and redirects are in the map. DNS moves when you can still receive email on the domain; we check the enquiry form sends and open Search Console on the property you verify—we do not invent how many URLs are indexed.

SEO after a structure change is what happens to SEO when you redesign a therapy website; URL pairs for the move are in therapy website SEO migration checklist.

Same published prices as a new build

Redesigns are quoted at website redesign for therapists and therapy website redesign cost—£149 setup and £49 a month on Standard Managed for 12 months, then £39; Prices include VAT.

Standard Managed is £149 setup and £49 a month for 12 months, then Website Care at £39. Growth Managed is £249 and £69 a month, then £49, when each real service needs its own page. We do not sell a faster-build fourth package or a calendar rank promise. Therapy centres with several practitioners are quoted separately—that shape is not the solo window.

Questions

Is 7 to 14 days guaranteed?
No. It is the usual window once we have the facts and timely feedback.
Does the old site go offline on day one?
No. It stays up until the new site and redirects are ready.
How many design rounds are included?
Two. A changed service is a rewrite of that page, not a secret extra product.
