Finishing a counselling qualification is BACP's and your training provider's milestone. The next public step we help with is narrower: a first counsellor website that states member, registrant or accredited member exactly as the register does, names online or in-person reach honestly, puts the session fee in text, and offers a brief enquiry—not a symptom form or a directory blitz.

Directory profiles can follow. The website is the page whose wording you approve and whose domain stays in your name—including on Managed.

No inherited rankings to lean on
A new practice has no old URLs to redirect. We still publish crawlable pages because that is how the first accurate description exists for Google and answer engines—we do not promise visibility in a fixed number of weeks.
BACP’s Ethical Framework expects accurate public information before work starts—recheck after 3 November 2026.
Supervision and insurance stay with you
Placement hours, supervision contracts and insurer choice are outside this marketing build. We do not write treatment, consent forms or clinical records on the public site.

- Do I need a website the week I qualify?
- You need accurate public status when you start taking enquiries. Timing is usually 7–14 days once we have facts and approvals—not necessarily the graduation day.
- Should the homepage say accredited?
- Only if BACP lists you as accredited. Newly qualified accurate wording is not a lesser product.
- Is there a cheaper first site?
- No. Published Standard Managed, Growth or outright prices apply—the same as any solo build.
