Sitemap and robots
The sitemap lists the real URLs. Robots.txt does not hide the practice.
A sitemap is a list, not a boost. Robots.txt is a request about crawling, and a mistake there can block the site. We check both against the pages we published.

therapy sitemap and robots file, ready for the four answer engines.
We focus on crawlable HTML and structured data for the therapy sitemap and robots file. Google, ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity are where that service shows up. The design is the easy part.
Google
Search · AI Overviews · Gemini
Google can retrieve the therapy sitemap and robots file because a therapy sitemap and robots file puts a sitemap of the real URLs, and a robots file that does not block them in ordinary HTML, where a crawler can read it without a script.

OpenAI
ChatGPT
ChatGPT search reads the page once OAI-SearchBot fetches it, where the a therapy sitemap and robots file sentence a model can cite is a sitemap of the real URLs, and a robots file that does not block them, not a broader label.

Claude
Claude indexes the page as text: structured data for a therapy sitemap and robots file repeats a sitemap of the real URLs, and a robots file that does not block them and does not add a claim the page does not show.

Perplexity
Perplexity
Perplexity can cite the therapy sitemap and robots file because the next public link from a therapy sitemap and robots file is a real page on this site, beside a sitemap of the real URLs, and a robots file that does not block them.

Under the surface
a therapy sitemap and robots file, shown as data.
This block is on the page because a robots file can hide a whole site by accident, so the list of real URLs is shown because we check it before launch. That is the layer we focus on and care about, and the sample matches the a therapy sitemap and robots file a person can read.

The therapy sitemap and robots file we deliver
We generate the sitemap from the pages that exist: home, services you offer, about, contact, and a location only if you have one. Drafts and thank-you screens stay off the list. Robots.txt allows those public pages. We do not disallow / because a template did. A private admin path can be disallowed if one exists. The file is not where we put clinical rules. After launch, Search Console is where the sitemap can be submitted for a property you verify. We do not invent a “submitted and indexed” count on this page.
The usual way in for therapy sitemap and robots file is Standard Managed: £149 setup and £49 a month for 12 months, then Website Care at £39. Growth Managed is £249 and £69 a month when each real service needs its own page, then £49. Prices include VAT. Outright is £650 or £995. The domain stays in your name. The monthly fee is management, and the site is not paid off when the fee drops.
How this therapy sitemap and robots file is built for search and AI answers
Google’s sitemap guidance is that a sitemap helps discovery and does not guarantee indexing. A noindex page should not be in the list. Robots.txt cannot noindex a page. If a page must stay out, we say so on the page, and we usually have no such page on a practice site. Structured data lives on the page, not in the sitemap as a substitute. Answer engines are not controlled by robots.txt in the way people hope, so the public words still have to be right. The same facts sit in the HTML and in structured data, so Google, ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity can quote a sitemap of the real URLs, and a robots file that does not block them.
The other sitemap page
The private-practice sitemap guide is the page plan: which human pages exist. This page is the XML list and the robots file that sit beside it.
We do not sell a sitemap as an add-on. It is part of the site.
| On the page we build | Left off |
|---|---|
| Real URLs only | Every draft and tag |
| Robots allows the public site | A template that disallows / |
| Sitemap submitted in Search Console | A count we invented |
| Noindex is on the page | A robots line mistaken for noindex |
What stays with you
We do not promise indexing because a sitemap exists, and we do not block the public pages. You approve the public words. We do not write treatment, consent forms or clinical records, and we do not promise a ranking, an enquiry total, or a mention in an AI answer.

- Does a sitemap make me rank?
- No. It lists URLs. Indexing is separate.
- Should I disallow Google?
- Not on the public practice pages. That is how a site disappears.
- Is this the same as the page-plan sitemap?
- No. That guide is which pages to have. This is the file crawlers read.
