A sitemap for a private practice website
Which pages earn a URL, and which facts belong on a page you already have?
A solo practice often needs home, about, the services you want to be found for, fees, a real place or an online-scope page, and contact. Add a URL when the offer or the place is genuinely different. A group practice adds practitioner profiles only for people who have approved them.
Three structures
Ten pages is the allowance discussed for a solo rebuild, not a target. A centre is scoped separately because the profile and room count changes the job.
| Practice | Pages that are usually justified |
|---|---|
| Solo, in person and online | Home, about, two or three services, fees, location, contact |
| Online only | Home, about, services, fees, who can attend from where, contact. No Maps page. |
| Small centre | Home, services, practitioner profiles that are approved, rooms that differ, fees, contact |
Pages to skip
Do not add a town page, a modality page and a problem page that repeat the same paragraph. Do not add a practitioner page for someone who has not agreed the wording. Legal pages sit beside this map. They do not replace a service page.
