Not on Google
Therapy site not on Google
Not showing in Google is usually fetch and index before rank: noindex, robots, canonical, sitemap host and whether Google has retrieved the URL—read in Search Console on a property you control. Morrow Lane is a designed example, not a failed index case. We publish crawlable HTML; we do not invent penalties, index counts, or a date the page will appear.
Example bespoke sites
Morrow Lane is a designed example in Manchester. It is not missing from Google because of a penalty—we do not use it as a coverage screenshot.

Console not a penalty guess.
Missing listings get blamed on penalties. We quote the index check—structured data alone does not fetch a URL.

Under the surface
Not on Google in data.
This block is on the page because panic precedes noindex checks. The sample Service names the index pass without a fake penalty.

Indexing before ranking
A brand-new domain can be absent because it is new—that is not a manual action. A site that used to appear needs the same technical pass: can a crawler retrieve the page, and does Google report it in coverage?
“Not showing” on page ten is still indexed but not prominent—we do not treat that as the same problem as a URL Google cannot fetch. Therapist near me explains why we do not sell position from one search.
| Check in your project | Left off |
|---|---|
| noindex and robots on public pages | A guessed manual penalty |
| Canonical and sitemap host match | A blog post to force index |
| Coverage read in Search Console | Excluded count invented here |
| HTML a crawler can read | Fee trapped only in a script |
| No promised index date | Overnight rank after fix |
Search Console and the launch guide
Coverage and URL inspection live in Search Console—Search Console for your therapy site for setup, Console statuses when rows need sorting.
A site that has never been launched starts with how to get your therapy website on Google and the indexing checklist. This page is for a live URL that still does not appear—or does not show for the query you expect.
Structured data does not index a page by itself. An AI answer can miss a URL Google has indexed—that is a separate check from coverage.
Free review versus full pass
The free website review is a short public crawlability look—not a Console login and not this full index pass.
We do not assume a manual action. If Search Console shows one, that is a different conversation—we do not invent one on a marketing page.
Index fixes inside the build
Fetchable pages, redirects and sitemap work ship with technical SEO for therapists and therapist website design—£149 setup and £49 a month for 12 months, then £39; Prices include VAT.
Standard Managed is £149 setup and £49 a month for 12 months, then Website Care at £39. Growth Managed is £249 and £69 a month, then £49, when each real service needs its own page. We do not sell a penalty-diagnosis audit, promise an index date, or treat a young domain as proof the build failed. Outright is £650 or £995. Website Care at published prices keeps crawlable HTML maintained—not a rank-rescue retainer.

- Should a new site appear overnight?
- No. Fetching happens after the page can be retrieved. That is not a penalty.
- Is not showing the same as not ranking?
- Often no. Indexing is whether Google has the URL; ranking is a different question.
- Is there a paid audit only for this?
- No. The free review is short. A full pass sits in website or technical SEO work.
