Name, address, phone
Practice name, address and phone consistency
We publish one practice name, one phone you answer, and a street only when you want it public—then match the same lines on your site, any Google Business Profile you are eligible to hold, and directories you actually use. Alder Quay is a designed example in Bristol, not a studio office; we do not pin a private home in a map embed, sell citation bundles, or promise map-pack placement from matching NAP.
Example bespoke sites
Alder Quay is a designed example in Bristol. Its contact lines are concept layout—not Therapist Website Studio’s address.

Under the surface
NAP consistency in data.
This block is on the page because NAP becomes a directory blast. The sample Service names one public name, phone and optional address.

"name": "Practice NAP consistency",
"serviceType": "Consistent practice details on therapy websites",
"description": "One name, one phone, address only when public"
}The website we deliver
One public set, copied deliberately
Trading name punctuation stays the same in the footer, contact page and profile card. A personal name and a practice name are not swapped between pages. Phone format is consistent—ideally the number you pick up.
If you work from home and will not publish the street, we name the town or online reach on the site and omit the street from structured data, map embeds and schema PostalAddress fields—a private home is not a consistency shortcut.
| We publish | Left off |
|---|---|
| One spelling of the practice name | A keyword variant on the profile |
| One public phone | A number you do not answer |
| Street only when you agree | Home in the map pin |
| GBP matches site when listed | A fake shopfront for pure online |
| No citation quota product | Directory blast as a ranking tactic |
Business Profile and directories
When a profile is eligible, name, phone and public address agree with Google Business Profile for therapists and therapist Google Business Profile verification—representation rules still apply.
Directories you use should repeat the same facts; we do not sign you up for new lists as a citation SKU—see how to choose a therapist directory. Therapy Search UK is a separate free directory, not this studio.
What stays private
Home street, personal mobiles you do not want published, and client addresses are not “NAP work”. The contact form is a separate ICO question on special category data—we keep enquiry fields minimal on the marketing site.
The domain stays in your name. Consistent lines on the site are not a claim the studio owns your practice.

- Must every directory match?
- The ones you actually use should. We do not register you on lists you will not maintain.
- Can I show the town but not the street?
- Yes, when that is what you want public. Schema follows the visible page.
- Does structured data include my home?
- Only if the page shows it. We do not hide a street in JSON-LD alone.
