Maintenance

Therapist website maintenance

Maintenance on a site we built is Website Care—published monthly fees, small public edits within the change window, and technical housekeeping on our stack—not a ranking retainer or a new site every month. Meridian Room shows designed layout copy; we do not maintain Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, Webflow, or another agency’s build under that plan.

Example bespoke sites

Meridian Room is a designed example in Leeds. It is not a maintained client account or proof of monthly SEO results.

Individual psychotherapy, usually weekly. £85 for 50 minutes. Thursdays in Leeds, and online on the other days.

To see whether this work fits

These meetings are not an assessment, and you are not asked to send a history. A loss, a relationship, or work are ordinary places to begin.

Thursdays in the Leeds room. Other days online across the UK. Your name, your email, and which you prefer.

The website we deliver

What Website Care includes

After Standard Managed’s published term, care is £39 a month; after Growth Managed it is £49. Inside that window the usual edit is a small public fact—a fee, session length, a photograph you can use, or a phone or email—and we keep links resolving and images from breaking silently.

Two design rounds belong to the initial build, not to every care month. Deeper copy sits in therapist website redesign vs repair when structure—not one number—needs work.

Managed term versus outright care

During Managed, £49 a month (or £69 on Growth) already covers hosting, edits in scope, and the technical layer for 12 months—then the fee steps down to Website Care; that step is not paying off the site. Standard Managed is £149 setup and £49 a month for 12 months, then Website Care at £39. Growth Managed is £249 and £69 a month, then £49, when each real service needs its own page.

Outright builds can add Website Care at Website Care for therapists prices when you want the studio to host and patch a site we delivered—optional, not a hidden requirement to keep the domain.

Fetchable pages after an edit

When a fee changes, the sentence on the service page, fees route, and JSON-LD change together—structured data must match visible copy. Core Web Vitals inform how we size images; we do not email a monthly lab score or tie an edit to a ranking promise.

Form and contact maintenance overlaps therapy website form best practices and hosting and ownership when you are deciding who runs the stack.

Care pricing only on the list

Website Care is on Website Care for therapists at £39 or £49 a month—Prices include VAT. No per-ticket maintenance SKU or SEO-hours bundle invented on this guide.

We do not maintain a site this studio did not build, and we do not sell maintenance as search positions. New sites stay on £149 / £49 Managed or outright £650 / £995 at published rates—not a custom “maintenance plan” page price.

Questions

What can I change in a care month?
A fee, an hour, a photo or a contact detail, within the published change window.
Is care optional after the first year?
You choose whether to continue management. The lower fee is not paying off the site.
Will you maintain my WordPress or Wix site?
No. Website Care is only for a site this studio built.
