The domain registers in your name—we do not hold it as ours. On Standard or Growth Managed the monthly fee is for running and editing the site, not instalments toward owning the build; after the published term it drops to Website Care without meaning the site is paid off. Alder Quay is a designed example on this studio site, not a transferred hosting account.

Domain and registrar in your name
We point the build at a domain you control from the start—spelling and ownership sit in how to choose a therapy practice domain name and the wider therapist website ownership page. Cancelling Managed does not delete the domain; email on that domain is planned so it is not trapped when you leave.
Naming a sole trader practice follows GOV.UK business name guidance. Registrar fees go to your chosen supplier—we do not resell domains.

Managed, outright and what the fee pays for
Standard Managed is £149 setup and £49 a month for 12 months, then Website Care at £39. Growth Managed is £249 and £69 a month, then £49, when each real service needs its own page. Prices include VAT. The monthly line on Managed is management and hosting on the stack we run—not equity in the custom work. When the fee drops to Website Care at £39 or £49, that is still management, not proof you own a bought-out build unless you purchased outright.
Outright is therapist website design at £650 or £995, in full or across three payments (£218, £216, £216 for Standard; Growth instalments on the pricing page). The custom site is yours when the last payment clears. Shared studio pieces stay licensed so the site can keep running—we do not rewrite contract terms on this guide.
Host or domain moves
A host or domain change follows Google’s site-move guidance—URL maps and permanent redirects—with rankings that can fluctuate; we do not claim a redirect erases history or guarantees position.
Studio migration work is on website migration for therapists and the platform move guides when you are leaving Wix, Squarespace, WordPress or Webflow—not Website Care on a site we did not build.

Managed, outright and Website Care figures live on pricing and Website Care for therapists only—no unpublished transfer fee.
Early cancellation does not by itself hand over the custom site on Managed. We do not promise rankings, enquiry totals, or AI mentions because the domain stayed in your name from day one.
