The SEO consultation is a free call or message through our contact form: we listen for who you see, session fees, online or in-room scope, register lines and how someone should write—then, if you proceed, we build the crawlable site described on SEO, technical and local routes. There is no consultation fee; the website is priced on the pricing page, usually delivered usually within 7–14 days after discovery.

How to book the free call
Use Book a free consultation and tell us whether you are starting fresh, redesigning or moving off a platform. The consultation itself is free—we do not charge an hourly SEO advisory fee.
If you only want a quick pass on a live URL, the free website review form is there too; the consultation is for scoping a studio build.
What we establish on the call
We confirm the services that need their own pages, the fees and session lengths to show in HTML, the town or online scope, BACP/UKCP/BABCP lines you approve, and URLs worth keeping when a redesign is in scope.
We are not hunting a word count—Google’s helpful content guidance and the SEO starter guide focus on useful pages. We plan one URL per real offer rather than duplicate town swaps—see duplicate URL guidance when consolidation matters.
What happens after you say yes
We follow how we build: discovery, bespoke design across 2 rounds, launch on your domain with sitemap and structured data, then Managed hosting or Website Care.
Published prices are on the pricing page: Standard Managed £149 setup and £49/month for 12 months, then £39; Growth Managed when each service needs its own route; outright £650 or £995. Prices include VAT. We quote nothing else on the call beyond those published figures.
Search Console if you already have a site
Bring Search Console access when you can—coverage and redirect needs inform a redesign. If you do not have it yet, we still read the public pages and connect Console at launch on the domain you own.
