Before the domain moves

The pages you sign off are the pages that go public. Fee, status and service wording are text in HTML—not images or a staging link we treat as the real site.

The day DNS points at the new site

We connect hosting to the domain you control. Email MX records are checked so the move does not strand post you still need for enquiries.

If an old site had inbound links, changed paths get permanent redirects per Google’s site-move guidance. Rankings may move; we do not promise a position on launch afternoon.

Sitemap, Search Console and structured data

A sitemap lists the URLs we want fetched. Search Console is how indexation is checked afterwards when the build includes it—submission is not the same as ranking.

Service and fee facts sit in structured data beside the visible sentences so Google, ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity quote the same launch facts a crawler can read without a script.

Enquiry and accessibility at go-live

The public form is short and operable from a keyboard, aligned with WCAG 2.2 expectations for focus order and labels. ICO special category guidance is why we do not ask for clinical history on the marketing page.

Launch at published prices

Standard Managed is £149 setup and £49 a month for 12 months, then Website Care at £39. Growth Managed is £249 and £69 a month, then £49, when each real service needs its own page. Prices include VAT. Outright is £650 or £995. Website Care—or Managed after the term—covers later fee edits in HTML and JSON-LD; launch does not include a month of traffic dashboards.

No. We ship crawlable HTML and sitemap; Google decides timing.
