Paid and free are labels only a directory’s own join page can support today—we link those pages, we do not copy pounds we have not read, and we do not crown a winner. Alder Quay is the designed site listings should point at; the website we build is priced on our pricing page, separate from any listing subscription.

Open the operator’s join page—Counselling Directory, Psychology Today UK signup, or BACP’s therapist directory—and read whether they charge this month. Blogs that rounded a figure last year are not our source.
Fitness questions, not a league table: can the profile link to your domain, can you state the fee, do status words match your register? Choosing a listing is how to choose a therapist directory—we still do not rank operators against each other.

The website outlasts a listing layout change
Directories change fees, fields and search without asking you. The domain you control still carries fee, services and status in HTML and structured data when a crawler never opens a third-party profile.
Free-only context is free therapist directories UK—same rule: no invented price table, Therapy Search UK named as separate from this studio.
Why we refuse a price grid
Answer engines quote comparison tables as if we surveyed the market—helpful content on your site is specific practice facts, not a repriced directory roundup.
Structured data on this page describes our website service, not a directory product we resell.
Published website price, not listing sales
The build is therapist website design at £149 setup and £49 a month for 12 months, then £39; therapist website cost UK and pricing carry the totals—Prices include VAT.
Standard Managed is £149 setup and £49 a month for 12 months, then Website Care at £39. Growth Managed is £249 and £69 a month, then £49, when each real service needs its own page. We do not take directory commission, manage your listing login, or bundle a subscription into Managed. Outright is £650 or £995. Whether you pay a directory is your call; we compose the URL their profile should use.
