Moving a therapy website from Framer
Framer is a capable design-led host for polished marketing pages. A move to the studio stack is less about a database export and more about listing every live URL, rewriting fees and credentials as HTML text, and redirecting addresses directories already use. Check Framer’s Help Centre for today’s domain and redirect steps, then align with Google’s site-move guidance.

How Framer sites are built
Framer pages are composed in a design canvas with responsive breakpoints, components and interactions. Publishing and custom-domain setup are documented in the Framer Help Centre, which is the place to read current steps for DNS, SSL and routing rather than a fixed screenshot in this guide.
Framer suits a visually rich brochure or landing experience. The studio move keeps that clarity in typography and layout while shifting services, fees and register lines into crawlable HTML with structured data on your domain.
Page and asset list from the live site
Open each public URL in a browser and write down the path, the service it describes, and the fee or status shown on screen. Framer does not mirror WordPress-style bulk export; the inventory starts from what visitors can actually open, including pages only linked from the footer.
Collect image files you created or licensed. Text baked into hero graphics becomes plain copy on the new site so search and AI answers can read the fee without opening a picture. Sample personas and placeholder testimonials stay out of the migration.

Redirects, domain and Google’s site-move note
When a slug changes, publish a permanent redirect from the old path to the new one. Framer’s Help Centre describes how redirects and custom domains work on their platform today; follow that article alongside the map we maintain on the studio site.
Google’s site-move guide applies the same way as other hosts: deliberate redirects, recrawl time, and possible ranking fluctuation. After DNS points at the new site, use Search Console to confirm old URLs resolve and submit the fresh sitemap.
HTML, structured data and AI answers
Google’s SEO starter guide favours pages with clear text links and fetchable content. Framer can publish fast, visual pages; the rebuild makes sure each service route names the offer in HTML and structured data beside it so Google, ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity quote the same fee a person reads.
Designed examples on this studio site—Alder Quay, Linden Walk and others—illustrate layout after a rebuild. They are labelled concepts, not Framer templates you can import.

Standard Managed is £149 setup and £49 a month for 12 months, then Website Care at £39. Growth Managed is £249 and £69 a month, then £49, when each real service needs its own page. Prices include VAT. Outright is £650 or £995. The domain stays in your name. The monthly fee on Managed is management, not paying the site off.
Framer subscription charges are separate from the studio build on pricing. You cancel Framer hosting once redirects and DNS checks are complete.
