How to create a therapist website that supports your practice

A workable order

Skip a step and the site describes a practice you have not decided yet.

• Services, place or online scope, fee, and who may enquire.
• One page per question you want to be found for. Not a page per neighbouring town.
• Platform if you will maintain it, or a commissioned build if you want the structure done.
• Domain in your name, Search Console, and a test enquiry from a phone.

DIY or a specialist build

A builder is reasonable when you will keep the pages yourself and the practice is still small. It gets expensive when the structure cannot name the work and you pay again to leave. We do not reskin a theme. Each service you want enquiries for gets its own page, written so a person and a crawler meet the same facts.

Managed is £149 setup and £49 a month. Growth Managed is £249 and £69 a month when the search structure needs to go wider. Prices include VAT. Outright purchase is £650 or £995. The domain stays in your name. The monthly fee is management, not a ranking retainer.

What “finished” means

Search Console is connected, the enquiry is tested on a phone, and the form asks for a name and an email rather than a clinical history. If a site already exists and the problem is that nobody writes, use the free review. The consultation is for a practice that still needs the site planned.
